I would highly recommend this team of fantastic agents. They’ve managed our victorian estate (10 flats) of which I am still one of the freeholders for almost 2 years now and do a great job of communicating with the tenants. I used F + Co to manage and let out my beautiful flat in Croydon - the experience has been nothing but sweet. The team is friendly, responds in a timely manner and extremely professional. Lewis organised my end of tenancy clean quickly and I was able to get tenants (which I didn’t need to really!). I wish I had discovered the business earlier, would have saved me so much headache with managing it all myself alongside my busy schedule. Cannot recommend enough.

I had a very pleasant experience with F and Co. They were very accommodating and were able to find me suitable tenants for my property. I needed tenants fast as this would cover costs of my new property that i was moving in to.
