zeci de mii de locuitor din sectoare/cartiere conexe suferim in fiecare an pentru lacomia celor de la romaero etc. Asa festivaluri zile intregi tinute pana dimineata, fara nicio limita de decibeli ne sunt caracteristice doar noua, romanilor. In ultimii ani suntem mari origanizatori in toate orasele tarii de astfel de festivaluri unde autoritățile nu sunt interesate sa intervina sub nicio forma (legislativa, penala). Organizatorii Saga in noaptea de duminica spre luni trebuiau sa inchida sandramaua la 03:00, este 03:40 si la km distanta imi bubuie geamurile, suntem extenuati cei care locuim atat la mica cat si la mare distanta.

Very bad organization brings to unpleasant situations.

I felt pretty bad about the miscommunication of the SAGA team.

Specifically:
1. Ravepit didn’t even exist but still people got charged for it .
2. No top up bonus was offered when clearly stated in the posts
3. No water stations
4. Wild West of sound. Exceeding the legal limit of the sound.
5. Overpriced drinks with basic quality alcohol recharging 5 times retail price on a cocktail or beer
6. Poor organization of the stages as the heat stage had almost more space than the source main stage and some were missing at all

I think I already put a long enough list to validate my reason why this edition got me disappointed.

I visited saga for the first time this year (by the way it was my first festival experience). i can't say it was bad just good. the cons are expensive drinks, as well as the cancellation of the headliners at the very last moment and there was no access to free water as the festival itself stated that they would be but the result was not. the pros are the techno stage (i literally stayed there the whole festival) the best stage that will really be worthy of your attention and friendly staff. the festival is located in the city itself so it will not be far to get there )

Saga was by far one of my favourite festivals, but my experience with the last two editions wasn't great. The festival has become famous for last minute headliner cancellations which was very unpleasant. This year, on one of the days, the main stage was empty half of the time which was unacceptable. Also, the Rave Plane stage, a symbol for Saga, was not accessible during the festival. On another day, one of the headliner DJs stopped his performance after several minutes because of the poor sound system, but also because he claims that he wasn't paid. While the organizers didn't confirm the rumours, this may explain all the last minute cancellations. Last but not least, I really don't like their social media strategy and the way they provide information which is often misleading. This is not a festival worthy to represent Bucharest and I don't recommend it!

SAGA was great, good music, 3 days, different stages but the drinks were light and way to manny police officers searching you and random body searches everywhere.

Este cel mai prost festival, feriți-vă de acest festival și de toți oamenii care sunt în spatele lui. Am fost la ediția din 2023, pe lângă anularea headline-urilor(care pentru mine nu prea a contat), a fost o mizerie de nedescris, practic mergeai pe un covor de gunoaie, toaletele erau foarte murdare și pline de urină, iar apă și săpun nu aveau. În urma reclamației la ANPC, trebuiau să îmi dea banii pe bilete înapoi, dar nu i-am primit nici până astăzi, la peste un an, iar saga nu mi-a mai răspuns de atunci la e-mail. Iar ANPC este total inutil pentru ca nu au făcut nimic să mă ajute. Așa că dacă va place să fiți țepuiți și tratați ca ultimele gunoaie, mergeți la SAGA!

Malgré ce que l'on peut lire, j'ai passé un très bon moment, j'ai trouvé le mieux super sympa.
Les gens qui se plaignent du volume, du savon, des toilettes ou des prix des boissons, restez chez vous, tout est largement correct, n'allez pas au tomorrow Land, vous allez convulser!

After 3 days of Festival and VIP bracelets, and 6 months waiting to have refunds they promised without, of course, no answers at all…(they also block people comments on Instagram) …I have to leave that comment to dissuade you to lose your money, in case they plan to organize something in 2025 🙂

Then, this is what i can say : it's the worst festival ever regarding organization ! (Hardwell said it in other words 😀 )

I bought with some friends a 3 days VIP pass for that festival to access a dedicated platform with a better view and different services (that were half provided)

First, on Friday, they didn't care, we could access everywhere, but we couldn't come with the drinks bought outside the vip, even if they were in the bars of the festival BECAUSE they prefer to sell glass bottles more expensive to people who paid the biggest price to access that area. (I will explain you the reason then…please keep reading)

Second, on Saturday, they split the VIP into two parts without informing us.
The front part was for the tables, so only for people who paid for tables IN the vip.
Although we paid the full price, they were controlling the access to the front platform. BIG SCAM : it was not written anywhere in the general terms and conditions nor written anywhere.
I was so pissed off that I asked to talk to someone from the festival. I missed all the concert of Raye. It was the 2nd time in 2 days that I had to explain that I paid a VIP access without conditions that I broke my bracelet in front of them, cut my fingers and had to go to the medical point. When I came back to talk with them, they apologized for the inconvenience but told me that they sold the platform to some private events companies (Funktastica) and they don’t decide the conditions (lol) but they don’t have any reasons to refuse the access.
I then came back at the platform and told the security I talked with the organizer of the festival. They were understanding but also because there were no given instructions regarding this and let me pass and finally let me enjoy the night with and friends (and plaster !)

On Sunday, same VIP platform, same mess. I explained that we were already there the 2 days before. That we had the authorization of the organizers and that they CAN’T refuse us the VIP access. Once again, they let us passed until a woman came to argue with us and ask the security to move us from here because we didn’t have the « front » access VIP bracelet (lol) We refused and they took one of my friend on their shoulder (we are all over 45 years old - she’s an entrepreneur in Bucharest over the past 20 years and maybe less than 50kg …) That scene in front of everyone pushed me to go to the Police to tell them what happened there, where at least 6 bodyguards came to tell 2 woman and me to go out. They said that we were right, and we came back AGAIN at the entrance with the police because we wanted the name of the security guy who was rude with her, and to let us pass. Finally, the person in charge of the VIP platform, in front of the police, apologized and offered us a bottle of champagne in the front part of the platform to watch the show.

So, first, SAGA cannot change the rules during the festival. They didn’t provide toilets for the VIP, no dedicated rave pit for the vip area, more expensive drinks (and hot because for the first days, the fridge were not working at all)…then no Tyla (because she was ill ….they didn’t replace her and ask the DJs to play longer) …problems with Hardwell (everyone knows about what he said) , and then they announced 1H before the cancellation of concert of Nicky Minaj, who was the headliner of this festival …but they knew it way before because she never arrived in Romania.
All those failures….without ANY compensation regarding the price everyone paid, whether you are VIP or not, no matter.
SAGA publicly apologized for some things and said that they will refund 15% to VIP …6 months after, we are still waiting.

That festival is a waste of time and money ! Go to Untold, Sunwaves, Summerwell, Electric castle instead !
